Appointment Grace Period

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes without notice, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

No-Shows

No-shows result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments. Repeated no-shows may lead to a ban from booking.

 Deposits

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final service total. If you cancel with enough notice (see below), you may transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment once.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late but within the 15-minute window, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client. You will still be charged for the full service booked.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before leaving the appointment so we can try to correct it. Product returns have an exchange policy only in case of damage or quality issues.

Guest Policy

For your safety and mine, we prefer you give proper notice before bringing any additional guests to your appointment.

Health & Safety

If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule. For your safety and ours, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unwell.

Payment

Final payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Card/Tap. 

Nail Repairs & Touch-Ups

Repairs due to lifting or breakage within 3-5 days may be fixed for free at our discretion. After that, a small fee may apply.

Skin Conditions & Medical Concerns

Before your facial, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or recent procedures (chemical peels, botox, fillers, etc.). This helps ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the treatment.

Health & Illness Policy

If you’re experiencing any cold, flu, or other contagious symptoms, please reschedule. We reserve the right to decline service if illness is suspected, for the health of everyone.

Aftercare & Results

Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. For best results, follow the recommended home care routine. We are not responsible for results if aftercare is not followed.

Guests & Minors

To maintain a calm and sanitary environment, no guests or children are allowed in the treatment room. Clients must be at least 16 years old for facial services, with a signed guardian consent for those under 18.
